  Ever wonder why the parking lot is empty except for staff cars, when all the other banks in the local area are packed with very little open parking spots? I'll tell you why. OZK and the staff at this bank are the absolute worst. Multiple issues with this bank. Too many to mention. Not enough room in this small space. Also, if you have an elderly family member banking at this bank, I highly recommend you move their account elsewhere. Elderly are very vulnerable, and can often times be easily persuaded to make bad decisions, and that's all I'm going to say in a public space. File a complaint with Corporate, and they won't even follow-up. Months later, after accounts closed, still having issues with this bank. Called Corporate today, spoke with someone that can't even speak her name clearly, sounds like EYELID, places you on hold, and after 30 minutes total disconnected. Although, you opted for a survey, no call back. Trust me. You do NOT want anything to do with this bank!!!

  Bank OZK’s outdated systems and poor customer service are a headache. I watched a $1,460 payment clear at 2:00 PM, yet "Bill" repeatedly told me it hadn't processed. I later did a Zelle payment, which hit my account instantly. From there, I did an internal transfer of my own money between accounts at 6:00 PM and was slapped with a $35 overdraft fee. They processed my Zelle credit after my internal transfer, which is not in the order that it actually happened. Then they tell me this is untrue. It’s ridiculous to be penalized for moving my own money within the same bank. To top it off, Bill’s "solution" was to tell me to balance a checkbook. It’s 2026, not 1990. I bank with four other major institutions and have never dealt with such archaic processing or dismissive service. The rest of the staff is great, but Bill and these predatory fees are dealbreakers. Do better.

  I've been a customer a little over 17 years at the same location and never had any issue , I know all employees there, and they are great. They treat you as you were part of family. Every time I'll have something to get done on they're end it would get done right away.veyry happy to have them been part of my business it really makes things go smoothly.thank you.
