  I cannot say enough about this branch! Hands down the best service I've ever experienced from ANY SouthState bank! Any bank for that matter. The customer service from Trevor was incredible and the staff that decided to say hello to me was a true delight and welcomed me so very warmly. It was like I was in a dream💝 I've experienced some very horrible and disrespectful banks and staff. Was expecting the same here but God was very kind to make these people who they are. It really makes a difference when people go above and beyond to make a simple and quick service go like will oiled machine. Beautiful! Being new to this area, we unfortunately visited the branch down town and i tell you, very sad that the branch down town is one of the most unprofessional establishments we've ever experienced. I honestly felt like removing all of our accounts with SouthState until I came across this FINE GROUP OF HUMANS at the Brandon branch. Keep up the good work and I hope corporate reads this review and rewards this branch for saving a customer and their family from closing their accounts. And actually made me feel like there are still people in this world that care about their jobs and the company they represent! 🏆 I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE. YOU DESERVE 100 STARS TO ME 🏅

  Loyal customer for over 13 years. WAY before they changed names. Never once did I ask for help or assistance with any serious issue. Everyone was always cheerful& kind. UNTIL I DID need help with fraudulent activity involving my account. All the sudden- I’m invisible & actually told by the manager ‘maybe you’ll be happy banking somewhere else’. God is my witness- that’s what she told me. Keep in mind I’m as tactful as they come. That being said- WOW ! How far Southstate has fallen- shocking. No business ethic & drops loyal customers with no consideration for hard working families who CHOSE to support ‘local business’. Maybe this is due to recent coorperate merger or class action law suit currently against SouthState. ** But despite the reason -it’s wrong.
