- KVKasey VerdoneAug 10, 20261.0This is the most unprofessional PNC bank I have ever been to. The branch manager, Lisa, has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. The debit card I was given did not work at multiple locations, despite that I was told the card was active. Lisa was rude on the phone when I called about the issue and insisted that I would need to come back to the bank to get the issue resolved, and then refused to check me in, even though I was only 5 minutes away. I would not recommend anyone to visit this branch. Lisa is incompetent and extremely disrespectful.
