Their responsiveness and thoroughness helped us get not only a great mortgage, but a great understanding of the house buying process. We couldn’t be more grateful for such an awesome team!

  Being a small business owner, a reliable banking partner is crucial to our success. Commercial Banker Lucky Durmaz is one of the best in the business! Lucky and Cogent offer a level of service that is unheard of these days! They truly care about their clients and their above and beyond attention and accessibility is what separates them from these large banks where you are just a number. I couldn’t recommend Cogent (and especially Lucky) if you are a business owner in Manatee or Sarasota County that’s looking for a true banking partner!

  As someone who left a large bank due to its lack of customer service. I can tell you the staff at this bank is just incredible. From Kyle, Major and Sherry I at last feel like where I put my money matters to the institution I deposit it at. Bravo Cogent. Making a bank change can be intimidating. But they made it very easy and very streamlined. Thank you.

  Since migrating over to Cogent we could not be happier. The staff, especially Sherry Harris, has been amazing to say the least. Knowledgeable, responsive and follow up are just a few qualities. Here to stay, keep up the good work.

  I have been a customer of Cogent Bank for almost a year, and their service has been outstanding. I work closely with one of Cogent Bank's Vice Presidents, Sherry Harris, and she is able to "get things done." I would highly recommend Cogent Bank for commercial or personal banking.
