I tried opening a business bank account here and they dragged my case for 4 weeks and then dropped the ball at the end and said they didn’t have enough documentation to open the account. And now they don’t even answer my calls or email. Clair was the one helping me and I initially thought she was great, until she LITERALLY ignored my correspondences. This whole situation set my business plans back and wasted a ton of my time.

I will not be using this location ever again and most likely will be leaving PNC as soon as possible. I can't believe a manager would keep her employeed.

They are untrustworthy and the branch manager as well as the assistant branch manager will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They robbed $210.00 from my account for merchant services that I never received and it took over 60 days to get the situation resolved! They discussed my personal banking information with staff infront of other customers and completely disregarded my privacy.
