  1/5 stars. This branch is unbelievably slow. Every time I come in, even basic banking requests seem to take forever. What makes it worse is that after waiting all that time, they still manage to make mistakes on simple account services that should be routine for a bank. Banking is supposed to be about accuracy, efficiency, and trust. When you have to wait an excessive amount of time and then worry about whether your request was even handled correctly, it makes the entire experience frustrating. I’ve had to spend way more time than should be necessary dealing with things that should have been straightforward. Definitely one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve had. This branch seriously needs to improve both its efficiency and attention to detail.

  I don’t know where to begin but this is the most unprofessional banking experience I have ever had. Dramane Sawadogo and Melissa Occelin are purposely delayed funding of my business account based off of frivolous, discriminatory and inaccurate reasons. I sent my proposal to them the same day I made the in person appointment more than 10 days ago. I arrived today to be called inaccurately by another name over and over again. Even after I told him sir that is not my name he kept calling me this other persons name and sighting the reasons why my account couldn’t be funded. He didn’t remember my name or company name. Totally unprofessional and I will be seeking legal consultation because I have never in my life been treated like this from a Bank. There is no legitimate business being done here. Both managers are extremely suspicious at this point.

  Had a great experience opening a checking account. The young Branch Manager was courteous, patient and thorough as he guided us through all the details of set up ( debit cards, checks, on line access, etc). Great experience!
