  I don’t know where to begin but this is the most unprofessional banking experience I have ever had. Dramane Sawadogo and Melissa Occelin are purposely delayed funding of my business account based off of frivolous, discriminatory and inaccurate reasons. I sent my proposal to them the same day I made the in person appointment more than 10 days ago. I arrived today to be called inaccurately by another name over and over again. Even after I told him sir that is not my name he kept calling me this other persons name and sighting the reasons why my account couldn’t be funded. He didn’t remember my name or company name. Totally unprofessional and I will be seeking legal consultation because I have never in my life been treated like this from a Bank. There is no legitimate business being done here. Both managers are extremely suspicious at this point.

  Had a great experience opening a checking account. The young Branch Manager was courteous, patient and thorough as he guided us through all the details of set up ( debit cards, checks, on line access, etc). Great experience!

  They received a double morgage payment in January 2026, autopay did not recognize this payment for credit to February and I have to call back back to get my 1200 dollars and go thru their verification process a second time because their system does not accommodates a follow-up for a refund. I certainly would have PNC collection department follow up, if the tables were reversed.

  Horrible customer service. I was one minute late to meet someone who was already inside the bank and they closed the doors on me. I try to avoid this branch at all costs.
