- KHKim HAug 10, 20261.0I have been trying to close an account at this bank for months! They would NOT close it. They kept asking for more and more paperwork, I was going in this branch, every week, for 2 months. Sometimes Viviana would tell me she would call me. Never called me, never followed up. I decided to try just calling the customer service number on a piece of paperwork I got from them recently. Closed it, just like that, over the phone when that entire office on Bonita Beach road couldn't figure it out. Very, very poor service.
