There is no thought about customer service; staffing for increased business should be a no brainer. I've been putting off switching banks for a long time and this branch continues to give me reasons why my assets are better off with a different bank. Not the mention the time management announced to a full waiting room how much I had in my savings while attempting a sales pitch. Take your money elsewhere, Im sure you won't regret it.
