The employees at this bank are very dismissive of customers. If you are not white,you will not get served professionally. An employee had me to wait for about 15 minutes to come an assist me. I was there to update my account;she chose to prejudge me after I gave her the proper paperwork for my account update and then told me she didn’t know what to do which was a lie. Every whitvperson in that bank they quickly helped. She refused to help me. If you are black, do not go to this bank location.

This is a wonderful bank and everyone knows your name and who you are when you come in. The tellers are sweet and competent. The manager Lisa Rodriguez is amazing, always available and knows her stuff and will go above and beyond to get you what you need.

I came to the area to cash a check from my employer and was treated as though it was stolen. The teller called the signer and after getting told I was written this check, she wanted the employer to verify their SSN#
It took 20 minutes to cash a $500.00 check because she just didn't want to believe that it was written to me#IHATERACISM
