When it was finally my turn the lady said the debit card machine was broken after the First Lady told me it was working. This is Boca so it’s probably because I’m Black. Absolutely the worst branch ever. Don’t come here if you’re Black. Closing my account, back to Chase I go.

She stays in constant contact if you're having an issue, and does what she says she will do. She is very professional. Everyone at the branch is super friendly. Ask for Aime Perez amazing energy and make me feel comfortable with a 70k purchase it was a smooth and seamless transaction. I recomend this bank, this branch, and especially Aimee.
