  Worst customer service at a bank I've ever experienced. Waiting in line for 30 min with a baby to do a wire only to get to the front and for them to tell me they can't help me there and to wait in the lobby. 5 employees at least working and nobody walks up to me and asks what I need help with or where to go or how long it would take. A little communication would go a long way. Would never happen at chase. A little more compassion and communication would go a long way. I felt completely invisible and ignored.

  As a business owner, I had the best experience and guidance from the Branch Manager of this Amtrust Bank located in Boca off SR7(441) and Glades Road. I learned that Carissa, the Branch Manager had dedicated 16 years to this bank and her experience, patience and customer-focused attitude shined through. I found her taking time to understand my business needs and to be so thorough to be refreshing in this world where people just don't take time to get to know you. Carissa listened, asked questions and guided me to the proper steps for setting up business accounts and doing transactions both in the branch and using online banking tools. Not only did I work with Carissa, I was introduced to her Assistant Branch Manager, Kim. Kim was amazing, professional, patient and she has a genuinely warm personality and smile. Also in this branch there is a table dedicated to local businesses and it has information and business cards. I found the support for entrepreneurs excellent. During our meeting I learned that Carissa is now the President of the West Boca Chamber of Commerce and that she is truly dedicated to helping businesses connect, network, do more business with other local businesses and make more money. This branch location is tucked back in the Mission Bay Plaza next to the Venetian Nails and a few businesses away from the Fresh Market.It would be my pleasure to recommend this bank and branch to other business owners for their business and personal needs.
