- SASusan AllgoodMar 17, 20265.0Sarah and AJ were amazing to work with. I brought my elder parents on a Friday 3/13/26 at 445p to do some banking. Needing a bit of work, these two just stepped right in and made every effort to ensure my parents' needs were met. This took til after hours and they never batted an eye! They all stuck with us and ensured the actions were correct even when the connecting institution was limited and were challenging to work with. AJ stepped right up and voiced his concern to protect my parents with the actions they were requesting. AJ did this in the most professional and respectful way. We REALLY appreciate the kindness and professionalism of your staff and facility!! Thank you so much. Highly recommend this branch!
- JPJustina ParkerNov 6, 20191.0Great bank for older people but not for young people. I work a full time job with overtime. I pay my bills on time and keep money in my account. They charge me $12.95 a month I was told it would change after a year but I've had them over 3 and still have a problem anytime I try to make a purchase this over a $1000 my card declines no matter how much money I have in the account I was told that I had overdraft protection which was a lie and now I'm being charged a $35 overdraft fee for a purchase that I did not make and that did not even clear. When I ask for help I got nothing. I would get it if it was a constant problem with my account. But it's not. A lot of times I have to call and have my card unlocked just to use it at a gas station. Also anytime I get a direct wire into my account I have to wait for 7 days b4 I can use it It's my money. I'm just gonna move my money somewhere else.
