  I can’t say enough good things about this bail bond company and the people who helped me. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to assist me with everything involving my son. This has been an extremely stressful and emotional situation for me as a mother, and they didn’t just treat me like another customer. They showed me patience, compassion, and genuine concern. They stood by me step by step, answered all of my questions, explained things when I didn’t understand, and made sure I never felt like I was going through the process alone. Even when things became complicated, they continued helping me and doing everything they could to guide me in the right direction. Their kindness and support meant more to me than they probably realize. When you’re dealing with something involving your child, having people who actually care and are willing to go the extra mile makes such a huge difference. I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a bail bond company that is professional, dependable, compassionate, and truly willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their clients.   Unprofessional and Misleading Experience I had a very disappointing experience with America Bail Bonds. We were trying to bond out an inmate and had been going back and forth with them for information and updates. Once he became eligible for bond, his bond was set at $2,000, with the standard 10% amount being $200. After gaining our trust and making us feel comfortable with the process, they told me they needed to run both the inmate’s information and mine through their insurance company and that someone would call me back within 15 minutes. After waiting about 40 minutes with no call, I called back and was told I would be contacted shortly. When they finally called, I was told they wanted the full $2,000 as “leverage” because of the inmate’s driver’s license history and alleged “missing court dates.” The information about the missing court dates was incorrect. I explained that I understood the bond to be $200 and asked if they could work with me, reduce the amount, or accept another form of collateral/payment if cash was not an option. I was told that gold would be required, instantly I knew they were just money hungry. This all happened around 11 PM–1 AM, when they were essentially the only bondsman available, which made the situation even more frustrating. After trusting them throughout the process, I felt like they were taking advantage of the situation and unnecessarily increasing the amount I would have to pay. Thankfully, I found ACC Bail Bonds and had a completely different experience. Jessica was incredibly helpful and professional. She even contacted the jail herself to find out what was holding up the bond and helped get the inmate’s release process moving again. Jessica even charged me what it was suppose to be, $210 with her taking just $10 for her service I assume but nothing compared to $2,000. At the moment she was an angel because I was heavily frustrated trying to get a loved one out 😩 shoutout to Jessica! I highly recommend ACC Bail Bonds. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for America Bail Bonds. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to their terms. Seeing they had 4.9 stars they were certainly my first option but they were horrible in my most honest and humble opinion.
