- ASAmelia Simmons3 days ago2.0I’ve been with PNC for 15+ years, but I’m beyond frustrated with the ongoing issues at this branch. The ATM is constantly down or there’s some other problem. Today, I stopped while working in town to withdraw cash, only to find the doors locked with people standing around waiting for the branch to open in 3 minutes. If you know the ATM is unavailable or there’s an issue with access, have some courtesy and communicate that to your customers. This has become a repeated inconvenience, and after 15+ years with PNC, I’m seriously done. I’ll be taking my money out of this branch and reconsidering my relationship with the bank altogether.

As soon as I explain what I am coming into the bank for with a different teller they do it. If she don’t understand how to do the job then she shouldn’t be doing the job at all. Today is the fifth times I really don’t understand at all.
