  What a useless bank. My mom has been a member of this bank for over 50 years. She even worked at their corporate center for decades. I called over a week ago to ask about getting some paperwork notorized, their phone just rings endlessly. I tried a different strategy of calling first thing in the morning instead of afternoon, someone finally picked up. A woman on the phone said she'd call back with a day and time that the person in the office who does notarizing is available. I asked if that would be this week, she laughed politely and said yes of course, probably tomorrow in fact. Well, that was over a week ago, we have entered a new week still no return call. I called to find out what's happening and again the phone just rings endlessly. Is this Branch going out of business or something? I happen to be a member of Dexsta since the early 2000s so I telephone them, they told me to come right over. My mom and I went in the lobby at Dexsta, someone asked what I was there for, I told them they escorted me to an office. We sat down, they had another person from a different office come in the room to be a witness. They notarized the documents and we left. The entire process probably took under 10 minutes. They even offered us candy. I asked how much it would be and they told me nothing I'm a member don't worry about it. Now I'm questioning why my mom and I have any money in PNC Bank. It seems it's just for nostalgia old times sake My mom being in her '80s The bank she wants knew that was very neighborhood-like and friendly is very impersonal and run by people who apparently don't like what they do and don't like the people who they have to interact with because they certainly don't make any effort. And the only reason I'm posting this review is because I just spent 10 minutes trying to get someone on the phone from the branch to complain and no one answers the phone again so I figure I'm not going to waste any more time on it I'll just let the world know and move on.

  I went into this bank that I frequent to break a $100 bill, in which I got the bills from there originally. The Caucasian female teller with the glasses and late bangs looked at the $100 bill and stated that she would need my debit card, which they’ve never asked for. I went to get my debit card to break the $100 bill and a different teller looked confused because they’ve never asked for that to give change. The racist Caucasian teller assumed the bill was fake because I was black but her funny looking behind could have check it out. Again, I got the bills from there last week. Stop racially profiling black folk like we are all looking to commit a crime.
