This does not make me want to keep money in this bank.

The staff is not nice, no one seems to want to work. Just a waste of time. I came in at 4:15pm to get a new debit card, I waited in line for a while and when I finally got to the front they turned me away because they were about to close. It was 4:45! They close in 15 minutes and refused to print me a new card after I waited 30 minutes. They just handed me a note with the location to the Marsh Road spot and was very dismissive towards me. Concord pike tellers and staff are a complete joke. I would not recommend to go there.

He saw me waiting…no greet…didn’t say how long I needed to wait…I waited for 20 mins before walking out. No one bothered to ask why I was leaving. Won’t be going back to here.
