They were always polite, pleasant & helpful. I have been with them for many years & I have never experienced anything less. My opinion best bank in Delaware. Thank you PNC

Most times it is walk in and walk up. I cannot say that I have had a more friendly bank experience with any bank I have ever used. Just as a note I am a small business located across the street and go there often to make daily deposits. Most users probably don't have the frequency I do.
