Lots of free parking friendly staff. Good location PNC Bank has all your banking needs. If you need a new Debit card they can make one on the spot. No waiting a few weeks to get new cards. Handicap accessible entrance. Drive Thru service and ATM. Always very helpful. Always Free lollipops. Convinet hours too.

Brick and mortar facility. Employees are friendly and professional. I would recommend making an appointment to see anyone other than a teller. Stopped by on a Friday morning and all of the bank's officers were busy.

I've stopped here to use the ATM 4 times and 3 times both the inside atm and the drive through were out of service. Useless location

Never had an issue taking a withdrawal out of my account, did the same thing Saturday, and was fine without a problem, Sunday it was an issue and I had my debit card and license, and was told I needed to sit down with one of the bankers and get my PNC account up to date. I’ve never had an issue at salisbury, Seaford, or longneck locations, but Millsboro I did on Sunday. I had all proofs of ID and phone number that I used at every other location. This was the most difficult bank I’ve had to deal with and makes no sense as to why I’ve never had an issue anywhere else.
