- JTJessica Turner6 days ago5.0I've been a customer for several years and have needed to use branch reps a few times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Shontaya (manager). Ms Julia has also helped me many times. Everyone is greeted and helped in a timely fashion, the phone is always answered. I really appreciate their level of personal customer service. Their Virtual Wallet account is super user friendly, I love it.
