- MMMary Ann MaycenJul 1, 20263.0I love the PNC Bank in Middletown, DE. I always deal with Ayric and he is wonderful and takes care of all my accounts I have @ PNC. One thing I am very upset about is signing in to my PNC account. I am constantly having to change my password because it always comes up that it is not recognized. I just changed it on the 26th of June, worked for a few days. On June 30th, I tried several times using the changed password that I have signed in with on the 26th and it comes up once again, not recognizing the password. I have a 1/2 of a sheet of new passwords I have had to make. I do not like an automated person who answers the phone. That immediately starts my frustration before I even get connected to Customer Service provided the automated person can finally understand what deprtment you want. I only bank @ this branch of PNC Bank because of Ayric.

She was so kind and personable and helped us set up an account the same day with me and my parents. I get phone calls about once a week from her checking up on me and seeing how the business is going which means a lot to me. She is a rockstar employee. It’s nice to have a friendly person to help out on something I have never done before and honestly didn’t know how it worked. She took her time with us and explained everything step by step and got us in the right direction. Thanks again for your help. I will be a pnc customer for a long time coming.
