- SMSanJo MoAug 7, 20261.0I called this bank 6 days ago to try and set up an appointment with a banker to open a money market account (I had a large chunk of money I wanted to invest from the recent sale of my home), I first spoke to a rather clueless teller on the phone who told me she was not sure if I had to have a checking account with them first, in order to open a money market account (is this not standard bank policy knowledge!?) ... She told me I would need to speak to the bank manager. She connected me to his voice mail and I left a message asking for a call back to set up an appointment to come speak to them.... 2 more messages and a week later an NO CALL BACK! Clearly this bank doesn't want my money or yours and has ZERO respect for potential new clients. The manager of this bank is obviously lazy and has no follow through. I'll take my money and business elsewhere. Thanks PNC for showing me your true colors before I did business with you!

I deposited a legitimate paycheck using the mobile app, but it was incorrectly flagged as fraudulent. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, my account was closed, and I was eventually told to find another bank. I also deposited some money , but it didn't appear in my account, and I was left waiting for a call about when I would get my money back. The communication was unclear, and no one explained the process properly. I understand that banks must investigate suspicious transactions, but customers deserve clear communication, transparency, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience.
