  Went to this PNC branch after opening my account online, and the experience was honestly ridiculous. I made a deposit earlier this week and specifically asked about withdrawing money without a debit card. I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. Fast forward to today—I’m suddenly told I can’t access my own money because I don’t have a “signature card” on file. That was NEVER mentioned before. Not online, not during my deposit. Basic communication clearly isn’t a priority here. What made it worse was the staff behavior. The teller who was helping me was polite, but another employee (blonde hair, gray sweater) felt the need to jump in, talk over everyone, and repeat the same information with an attitude. She raised her voice while helping another customer and made unnecessary, snarky comments as I was leaving—even though I wasn’t speaking to her. If you’re going to enforce policies, at least communicate them upfront. And if you work in customer service, basic professionalism shouldn’t be optional. Now I see why this branch has the rating it does.

  Arrived here at 3:55 p.m. and pulled off in the Drive-Thru at 4:20 p.m. I had one deposit I needed to make and it took them that long to make that deposit hire more people for the tellers and the drive-thru

  The bank Tellers, Loan Officers & Information Desk are great, polite and helpful. However, if you're looking for assistance with your IRA, which is now handled by PNC Wealth Management, you would be better assisted by calling the bank & locating another agent. The one in the Fox Run branch is RUDE, ARROGANT, SNIDE, NOT HELPFUL - ADD OTHER INSULTS TO A PERSON WITH 'JUST AN IRA' and not a lucrative trading account. If I had been a newcomer to PNC, my assets would be located elsewhere.

  I came into Pnc to fix an issue with an account i had accidentally tapped into. Long story short there was nothing we could do and i had to have a court order by a judge to fix my issue. Daryl Phin went above and beyond for me and figured out a solution to fixed my problem. Truly appreciate his drive to figure this all out for me.
