- SBSarah BienSep 25, 20261.0I came here a year ago to get POA on my parents account. I met with Fernando Quiroz (Branch Manager) and he submitted our paperwork and then a month later nothing/no news. I emailed again and he said its on legal. Then I emailed again 6 months later and no response. I don't even know if he works there anymore. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend going to this branch at this time. I went to a different branch and they were able to accomplish what he could not in less than two weeks. There is room for improvement in customer service.
