  Me and my mother both have accounts with pnc and have been with pnc for more than a decade, my mother went there to get bank statements printed for a rental property application. Seems simple enough, no? Apparently, not at all. She was continously and rudely told to use the app and print them herself and that they would charge her 30+ dollars for the statements and will have to mail it to her. I called in and one of the tellers was trying to help but was told by the branch manager that he cant and that there was nothing else they could do. My mother is in her late 50s, isnt proficient with technology or English and does not own a printer. What is the point of the branch physically being there if they cant even do something as simple as that? 30+ dollars for bank statements, that they used to mail for free? I had to go out of my way on a busy day to help her print them at fedex for around 10 bucks. This is the worst experience ive ever had with pnc, I will be looking for a better bank for her and myself to move too. If this is the treatment a manager gives to his customers, it says a lot about the company as a whole.

  Central location, parking nearby is a little rough but it’s very close to the Columbia Heights metro stop. Interior was clean and well-kept. Ericka M helped me out with my issues and was very patient, professional, and informative the whole time.
