  I’m a recent client transferred over from Chase bank. This is supposedly the only PNC branch in DC that provides notary service. They do not provide notary service. 2 hard-working and kind people took time from clients they were already helping to acknowledge me. One lazy person finally comes and asks me if I need assisted. That dead-weight employee needs fired. I really wanted to wait to talk to one of the other people. This would NEVER happen at Chase.

  They have a Hispanic young woman who works there who looks you in the face and lies to you as she sits with you in her booth office she will tell you what you want to hear and do something opposite ..only to find out she lied days and even weeks later. Also they have a teller a guy who deliberately tries to short change of money literally... anyone he deems not alert enough notice - I caught Ethan 3 times at the 833 7th st in DC branch. The staff can be rude to talk about and laugh about customers while they there and as they leave. The security guard and a small few others are professionals. It's sad that banking has come to this in the Nations Capital you would expect so much better.

  If I could give none stars I would terrible service tellers are always so rude and useless even the managers are useless and rude the only person that’s really polite is the security .This location is really closed to me but I would keep going to Columbia Heights bcs this people are USELESS change staff or close this location .you always have to wait even when there is no one bcs the tellers are busy talking I don’t know if it’s there manager or what but your priority should be the guest and then your conversations
