I have been a PNC customer for many years and have visited several branches throughout the DMV area and other locations. Although I rarely need to visit a branch in person, this location is conveniently close to my job, and I recently stopped by for notary services and to make an adjustment to one of my accounts. From my initial phone call to my arrival at the branch, the customer service was outstanding. My call was met with a warm and pleasant greeting, and the front office staff member was equally welcoming when I arrived. However, the experience became even more exceptional when I was escorted to Juliet’s office. Her warmth and professionalism were evident from the moment we met. Juliet not only looks the part of a professional, but she truly embodies it! She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful in addressing my needs. What stood out most was her genuine personality and natural ability to make me feel welcomed and valued. Exceptional customer service like hers is truly an asset to any organization.
