I was confused as to why my NOMA bank had such poor reviews, but now I see each one-star review was given a minimum of three to eight years ago. That’s not fair. I’m a PNC customer using this location for several months, and each time I walk in, it is pleasant! I am spoken to and helped almost right away. I came in a few weeks ago wanting to open a few new investments (outside of my regular accounts). The banking manager (visiting from another branch) took the time to inform me about the rates, opened each one within minutes, and also introduced me to a credit card option with 0 interest. This one was memorable, but each of my visits was just the same. I wish Google would please wipe these poor reviews that are more than two years old.

Horrible, came to open an account and get a debit card. Rude customer service, unprofessional and the branch manager was worst. Henry was the customer service “professional” and Anna is the branch manager who is very rude.
