  Honestly this bank is pretty short staffed and I think that’s the problem especially after transition, however all the people who work there are amazing! The teller Tati went above and beyond for me when it came to figuring out my account number and activating my card! She also was so efficient and knowledgeable that it made PNC not feel so horrible. Noely I believe that was her name, was also so amazing. I had asked her a couple of questions and answered them effectively and made me feel better! I’m not too sure on PNC but this branch is exceptional and even though they might be severely short staffed but all of the bankers were so so helpful and nice that I can’t help but be happy that this is my branch!!

  My experience with PNC since the acquisition has been an absolute disaster, affecting both my business and personal banking accounts. The transition itself has been frustrating enough, but the lack of knowledge and assistance surrounding existing FirstBank products, including my home equity line of credit, has made matters significantly worse. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the final straw. PNC was happy to accept my foreign currency after telling me they could exchange it into U.S. dollars. Later, I received a voicemail telling me they were actually unable to process the exchange and that I needed to come back to the branch to pick up my currency. So I made another trip to the bank to retrieve MY money, only to arrive and be told that the currency wasn’t even there. I was then told they would have to get it back to the branch and call me AGAIN when it was available for pickup. When I asked for an explanation of what went wrong, I was shown an email describing the issue. I asked for a copy of that email so I could understand exactly why the transaction they had agreed to perform could not be completed. The employee assisting me, Nick Washington, refused to provide it, stating that it was an “internal email” that could not be shared, despite having just printed the email and placed it directly in front of me. What was most disappointing was the attitude that followed. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, explaining the situation professionally, or attempting to resolve it, I was spoken to as though I was somehow unreasonable for wanting my money returned and asking for documentation explaining what had happened. I have business accounts, personal accounts, and lending relationships that were transferred through this acquisition. I expect a bank entrusted with my money to demonstrate competence, accountability, and basic respect when something goes wrong. That has absolutely not been my experience with PNC. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this experience and the way it was handled. If this is representative of the level of service PNC intends to provide former FirstBank customers, I will be taking my banking relationships elsewhere. There are plenty of financial institutions competing for customers. Banking shouldn’t involve chasing down your own money, making repeated trips to a branch because of the bank’s mistakes, and then being treated disrespectfully when you ask for an explanation. Extremely disappointing experience.

  Oh how I wish I could give this corporation a negative rate! Since PNC bought out FirstBank it has been nothing but pure misery dealing with hidden fees and rules! For a phone deposit to take two days to credit your account is ridiculous, BUT if you want instant credit they will charge 2% of your deposit. I can't do that on a fiduciary account! So then I went into the bank and make a deposit again for a fiduciary payment they only gave me an instant $100 credit, but if my clients insurance payment is coming out that same day I have to cover the difference of several thousand dollars! Or when the cash reserve account you had for 40 years with Firstbank that would even move over a $1 if I didn't do my math correctly, NO PNC won't cover an overdraft from your overdraft account unless it is over $50! So they can charge you a $36 overdraft charge on a $20 debit. Of course you don't find out about this rule until after it happens! PNC has shown they are nothing but corporate greed! I apologize for my grammar I am so mad with this corporation. I can't wait to walk in there and close my accounts! PLEASE consider any other bank than this one! I hope that all Firstbank clients leave so that PNC fails in Colorado!

  I need to say, I appreciate the fact that your bank allows dogs to accompany their owners. Obviously, you have created a family atmosphere not only for your patrons, but also for your employees. The staff definitely deserves the joy a good dog can bring to an establishment. On one occasion, a dog was so friendly, customers and staff alike were joyfully petting and chuckling at her antics. Even though one guy was obviously upset, every single other person who visited the bank that morning was enjoying themselves during what is usually a very anxiety-ridden chore. Furthermore, I want to remind everyone that money is far dirtier than the kisses and hugs of dogs! Thank you for your acceptance and love of dogs...better in a bank than locked in a hot car!
