I had my business banking here for 5 years before they sold out to PNC and I loved it so much. The shoddy transition process has cost me absurd personal time and money, I can't imagine a worse handoff. They went from being the absolute best to being the absolute worst. I've been in the branch 3 times now to close accounts and try to move to a better bank. The people have been as helpful as possible but PNC itself has been TERRIBLE. I would highly recommend not banking with PNC. Again, the tellers are not the problem. PNC fired 700 of their Colorado based workforce though.

I waited in line for three customers to deposit my check. A woman just came in and walked right up to the teller. I nicely told her it was my turn she turned and said she was just asking a quick question. She proceeded to pull out her id and debit cards and have a full transaction with the teller. I voiced out loud that I didn’t appreciate being cut in line after waiting patiently. The teller told me she was the only Spanish speaking teller so she had to help her. But she was not next in line. So I guess if you speak Spanish you can just cut in front of people. Tatianna was the teller and I do not appreciate the condescending attitude at all. I will be looking for a new bank the pnc transfer has been a headache and this has sealed it. Get better service somewhere else where they treat people respectfully.

The transition was painful and expensive due to autopays being rejected. The HELOC is not as accessible as it was before (no routhing number or checks). Bank was unable to provide information on my autopayments without requesting them via mail or email. I'll be searching for other options.

Came to pay for my security box deposit which PNC forces you to do by mail or in person (SO outdated). Then was told it would be a cash advance if I use CC and when I wasn’t familiar with what that was I was told I would not get charged extra fees on a cash advance on my CC (which isn’t PNC). I then start researching because I am curious and read that I get charged an additional 5% of what I pay and get charged 29% APR immediately on it!! I luckily read all this and voided the cash advance but please educate your employees and if they don’t know the answer advise them to tell the customer to check instead of saying false things. All the people were nice. When I came back with a check the next person I spoke with was competent and kind.

It used to be a great bank when it was FirstBank. I went the week after it reopened under the new name, and it was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been there three times already, and I can honestly say I won’t be returning to this location. The service is extremely slow and unprofessional. There were many employees standing in the back talking and laughing while only two tellers were helping customers. There was a long line, including many elderly people waiting, while most of the staff seemed more interested in chatting than doing their jobs. On one visit, they allowed a dog inside that was clearly not a service animal. Several employees were petting and handling the dog and then continued helping customers without washing their hands. The dog was barking and even jumping onto the teller counters, and everyone was laughing as if it were a circus instead of a bank. The bank was extremely busy that day, yet the employees were paying more attention to the dog than to the customers waiting in line. It was very disrespectful and completely unprofessional There is also a serious issue with how some customers are treated. My partner had been a FirstBank customer for four years. She currently does not have her passport, and an employee named Ani said, “How is it possible that someone like you even has a bank account?” She then refused to provide a simple counter check, even though the branch manager later approved it after realizing what had happened, she’s really rude but i think is a requirement to be working there. When it was my turn, I was also treated poorly because I don’t speak English fluently. A simple deposit took about 15 minutes. It’s disappointing that in less than a week this branch’s service has become so poor. The staff spends more time talking and laughing in the back while only two employees handle a line of ten or more customers. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this location.
