- RPRachel PritchardMay 1, 20265.0Today while sitting in my car enjoying my Starbucks (across the parking lot from this location), I witnessed a very sweet and thoughtful interaction between a banker and client. The client was clearly distressed and the banker ensured he was safe and calmed down by providing him a hug and a bottle of water before the client got in his truck to drive away. I'm not sure what the situation was, but I could clearly see how caring and compassionate the banker was in this moment. That's incredible customer service and I want to make sure this branch knows how kind this interaction was.
