  I would give 0 stars if I could. On July 13th my fiancée, my future mother in law, and I went in so I could merge accounts with my soon to be husband, and my future mother in law to be taken off. Brittany Ramirez took care of us, I thought things went well, however apparently she put my middle name as my last, my card was REJECTED. So after a call my fiancée and I went back in to get a "name change" and to get it ordered again. By the 17th of July no hear back, so I called services for a woman to tell me SHE NEVER ORDERED THE CARD! So the lovely woman on the phone ordered it and it came in a month and a week later. Now as of today, they email my fiancée stating that they are "closing down" our savings due to some errors. After my fiancee called services today again around noon, they say to come in? Never ever go to Brittany Ramirez. Do not go to this location.

  Very disappointed. If you’re looking for a bank that works for you and not against you keep looking. It’s not about you here - but all about them. Worst and shortest banking experience ever!

  Huge shoutout to Sandy! She handled the HELOC on my property and helped me get set up with a business credit card with zero hassle. Managing real estate and business finances can get complicated fast, but Sandy broke everything down, answered all my questions, and kept things moving quickly. She’s knowledgeable, ridiculously responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
