  Easy access branch off the highway, interactions were polite and professional. Came here to handle a fraudulent transaction and Cindy was very helpful, and we were able to complete all necessary processes timely. As an 11 year account holder, it is a delight to see local branches after banking remotely for over 4 years!

  I just think it's hilarious that you think you can prevent a guy from using his own bank account to make a purchase and get away with it.

  I love this Branch of "SouthState Bank". Everyone at this branch is amazing. Cindy, Justin, Nicole, Chris... are all super friendly and always helpful. I agree that the switchover from Independent Bank to SouthState has been flawed, especially the Treasury Services division, which I have had a lot of issues with thus far. However, that being said, none of those issues have anything to do with the employees at this or any other branch. Frankly it is only because of the fantastic people at this branch, who are always there for me when I have questions or issues, that I still bank with SouthState Bank at all.

  Since South State Bank took over Independent Financial, the transition hasn’t gone smoothly. I was locked out of my account during the app switch — the system didn’t recognize my login info, and I haven’t been able to access my banking details for over a week now. I’ve tried contacting customer support with no success. Hoping things improve, but this has been a frustrating first impression.

  This is the best place to do banking, I have been here a year making business deposits with them and my experience is more than satisfactory. 100% the best bank to manage your business. Chris, Nicole, Ana, Juli and Justin are amazing thank you.
