  Cassi Borunda who was wearing pink pants and had very long pointed acrylic nails assisted with my deposit however from the moment I approached her I felt completely unwelcome. Her monotone voice, cold rude demeanor, horrible attitude, and constant habit of looking away while I was speaking made me feel as though I was an annoyance instead of a customer. While asking questions about my accounts instead of showing even the smallest amount of patience and kindness, she instead repeatedly gave me what I perceived to be angry, disapproving annoyed looks that made me increasingly uncomfortable. I walk slowly because of a knee condition and as I was gathering my purse to leave, she said out loud, "Hurry up, lady" where other people in the branch could hear. I was completely humiliated. I wasn't moving slowly by choice I was simply doing the best I could. I'm 67 years old, I never imagined I would be spoken to in that way. When she handed me my receipt her long nails partially tore it. It goes to show the careless attitude I experienced throughout the entire interaction. Standing and walking are already painful for me and what should have been a routine banking visit left me not only in physical discomfort but emotionally shaken as well. I walked out feeling degraded, unwelcome, and stripped of my dignity. No elderly customer should ever leave a bank feeling embarrassed for simply needing a little more time. I have been banking for many many years and I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy from someone whose job is to serve customers, especially elderly customers like me. I came across another customer review describing what they believed was disrespectful treatment of an elderly customer at this branch. After what I personally went through, it was deeply troubling to read. Is this seriously who PNC is employing? This experience left me no choice but to move my accounts and will be speaking with my financial advisor about transferring my investments as well. Respect, patience, and compassion are qualities every bank should expect from its employees. Unfortunately, my experience with Cassi Borunda reflected none of those qualities at all.

  UPDATE: I'd love to give more info so that horrible branch can change it's culture, but to be told to send a message on social media shows what PNC is. That said, after I wrote that update someone from PNC higher-up office called me and took a full report and seemed like she really cared. I appreciate that. I cannot believe how cruel the employees at this branch can be. The one that was rude to me was bad enough. But I was shocked with the treatment a very elderly man received today. It was a very long line. I think he's in his 80's and very clearly in bad shape. He commented it was a long wait, and the nasty employee with her inch long nails and pink pants snapped that he could apply to work there. She kept running her mouth as he walked out the door as well. I was there to close my account because PNC did a massive screw up on both my accounts in their conversion. Will never do business with a company that hires staff that mock elderly people like that. He was probably in pain and tired for waiting 30 minutes in line! She should have offered him a chair rather than mock him!
