  Review: Dear PNC Customer Support Team, Writing a review in regards to shenanigans going on with PNC banking since it took over first Bank to formally dispute an unauthorized charge processed on my account. An automatic deduction of $85.60 by "kSJKLife" was recently permitted, despite the fact that this account was previously closed and had a zero balance. Allowing transactions to post to a closed account is unacceptable. I request that you immediately reverse this $85.60 charge from KSJKLIFE, ensure the account remains fully closed, and send me written confirmation that this issue has been resolved and that no overdraft or administrative fees will be applied.   The ONLY reason I have them 2 stars is for the poor people who work for this bank and are forced to use scripts to "solve issues" I would have never chosen this bank on my own and being forced into it, both by a bank bought mortgage transfer and a firstbank buy out is just gross. Another corporation with no morals.
