- LBLisa BeckerSep 19, 20261.0Went in today to close another account and get temp checks. Worst experience ever. The teller was rude and not helpful. I had to come up with the solution to text verify since my ID had a hole in it and the paper one expired yesterday. Firstbank was great. PNC is awful.

- JBJoe BrockSep 17, 20261.0Why are there only 1 or 2 tellers working and 1 person at the door asking you "why are you here" when they could be working behind the counter? Instead I wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes.. Very poor customer service...
- NBNick BaumgartnerSep 15, 20262.0While I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a teller, others were being told the wait for a banker was over an hour. There was a very kind gentleman welcoming people and warning them about wait times, which is appreciated. My teller needed help from the only other available teller, so things took longer. He also submitted a request for me for an old check from FirstBank without warning me that it would cost me something, nor was he able to ever tell me how much it would cost me, though they suspect no more than $5. Until PNC can work through these acquisition pains and train up enough staff, I would not recommend anyone bank with PNC. I will continue to work with them since I can do the vast majority of my banking online.

However, it had been a couple months since PNC bought out 1st bank and was hopeful that the initial growing pains from an acquisition had settled. I was greeted warmly at the front door and immediately set up with a banker named Shondra to address a business transaction. It was the 2nd time she had done the type of transaction requested. Shondra was friendly, methodical in her process, verified process details with a coworker, and provided clear expectations on next steps. It was so refreshing to see someone take accountability, take pride in their work, and all with a smile on their face.
