  PNC Is awful. I couldn’t do an online wire bc I don’t have a debit card so I called in and I just found out 5 days later it never went through bc my “annual gift to mom” was not detailed enough. I just called this morning and saif said I needed to put more detail- like for living expenses which it wasn’t for. She has enough $ for living expenses. So it never went through and 5 days later I need to start again PNC IS AWFUL

  Let me tell you first bank should have never sold their branch to PNC bank. I had first-bank for 10 years and never had trouble. I had 839 in my bank account and when I I spend my money. PNC took out an extra 444 dollars and tried to say it’s the stuff you brought for panda fest like sir that’s my money I been having and they charge me extra 444. I will pay that but I’m shutting down my account. Don’t go to PNC they will Rob you for your money. I would give it 0 stars if I can

  I live on 84th and Huron and I refuse to come to this bank. It’s always nothing but trouble anytime. I ask them to break down my bills. They never could do this. I’m sitting here in the drive-through for 20 minutes today because they don’t have enough workers I would rather much go to 52nd and federal customer service is excellent there.

  The employees at 104rth and Federal are top notch. This review is after Firstbank sold to PNC. The bank PNC, and it's policies are ridiculous. It's at a corporate level that this bank is a huge problem for many of its customers. If you really need help you will get bounced around without resolution. All problems are yours or the venders you've done business with. Even when something is pointed out that they caused they will pass the buck. Avoid this bank at all costs.

  It is obvious that PNC only cares about profits and shareholder margins. Since taking over my account numbers have changed, I have difficulty accessing my money, I have to now correct all of the changes with my EFT depositors. The higher-ups at PNC have no idea the stresses and extra work created for their account holders when they purchase a bank and their self-centeredsystems that only profit themselves at my personal expense. I cannot wait to leave this bank.
