- GEGran E6 days ago1.0The employees at 104rth and Federal are top notch. This review is after Firstbank sold to PNC. The bank PNC, and it's policies are ridiculous. It's at a corporate level that this bank is a huge problem for many of its customers. If you really need help you will get bounced around without resolution. All problems are yours or the venders you've done business with. Even when something is pointed out that they caused they will pass the buck. Avoid this bank at all costs.

Since taking over my account numbers have changed, I have difficulty accessing my money, I have to now correct all of the changes with my EFT depositors. The higher-ups at PNC have no idea the stresses and extra work created for their account holders when they purchase a bank and their self-centeredsystems that only profit themselves at my personal expense. I cannot wait to leave this bank.
