  While the overall PNC takeover/changeover went well for me. This location is problematic. Hire more tellers and ground level managers and pay them more, I'm glad they kept the same tellers, who are great. Pay your ceos and upper management less!!! I was a half hour late to work to get one money order which PNC charges 10 dollars for now. Colorado is overcrowded now and it's awful, but this location is particularly bad, again I blame overpaid upper management, not the the poor understaffed tellers!

  I think since it became PNC I felt the Worst customer service ever. New management is horrible. I had to wait 20 minutes. Employees don’t care how long customer is been waiting. They walk like models and don’t even try to get things little faster.

  I can’t event mobile deposit anymore since the switch from first bank. I’ve spent hour six hours on hold with different online reps and no one can help. I’ve gone to the branch several times and they don’t even care about helping. They just keep you on hold. They are no help at all! I have multiple banks accounts now transferred to PNC and only one is not working.

  Since the buy out of first bank to pnc there has been nothing but troubles, not a single issue before the switch. This reflects in how long wait times are now and how little information is provided to your workers from their uppers.
