- ASAlec SchellJun 23, 20265.0David the branch manager took care of me as fast as possible from the minute I walked in and it was extremely busy, he took care of everything I needed done and without hassle. This is the 2nd PNC I went to, to resolve the problem and he was the only one who cared and actually fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. He was also directing everyone and it seemed very efficient compared to others I have gone too.

I called because I cannot view my account balance and do not have a pnc debit card, the guy who answered the phone said we’re too busy to help you over the phone. I will NOT be switching after my first experience and reading reviews.
- SOSandra OrtizOct 25, 20251.0Bad customer service. Went to pay off a car loan and apparently it seemed to be missing a name. When for the last 6 years I've been paying it off with my legal name. I showed them the registration on how it is legally from the state of Colorado, and still was giving me crap. Stating they couldn't change it. There wasn't even a beach manager on site only bankers. Bankers training other bankers. Didn't even know how to take my credit card information. They made me go to my bank and take cash out to pay my lone instead of them doing a cash advance..... 😡😡😡 Insane. We also told the banker that we need our automated payments to stop since we are paying the loan off, and she said " well I don't see any auto payments on my end"..Bad customer service.. will never use them for service ever again. I hope the owner of PNC realizes his staff is not trained for good customer service. Also: hoping that I don't get a generated message from the PNC owner stating his apologies. BAD BANK !!!!
