  Long lines, nice people but does not seem like they had proper training for the bank change from 1st bank. 1st bank was faster and easier systems.

  First Bank was a fantastic organization with great people! Dealing with PNC has been a complete nightmare!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully, the former employees of First Bank have found a better place to work than PNC. They don't deserve the hassles that their former First Bank Customers are giving them due to the terrible infrastructure and polices of PNC. PNC has been the worst bank and organization I have ever deal with!!!!

  I am an involuntary customer from First Bank. PNC has the WORST systems. They literally don't answer the phone at this branch. The online internal bank transfers don't save your memo so you have no record of why you made the transfer, and they simply didn't keep records of First Bank customers. I am trying to find an incoming wire from a few months ago and it's literally impossible. No one knows what they're doing. DON'T BANK HERE! I can't wait to switch banks.

  Terrible bank, randomly locks your account then updates the online portal. DO NOT BANK HERE. Terrible experience will be closing down my account as soon as the TWO HOURS of lines clear up. (Most other people are closing their accounts too)

  PNC did a terrible job of helping First Bank customers during the transition. Why did they transition, GREED of course, absolute nightmare of a bank. Incompetent employees were not prepared and the only answer was to sit on the phone for hours.
