  Brittany told me I had an attitude because I asked her questions because I am not familiar with the process. I called several times she kept telling me she would call me back never did. She was really a hassle and in a very difficult time when people need help. She needs to trained on how to be a person with a heart and some respect would be amazing. Your company is loosing money with Brittany on your payroll. Ps. Now I understand Britney is the owner's daughter. No wonder she was so comfortable and complacent enough to tell me for absolutely no reason what so ever. "That i had a nasty attitude." Litterally the most bubbly person you would ever meet. Lol perhaps u misunderstood britney. Or maybe its how u speak all the time to customers because u are in pueblo , who knows. They would not even let his brother bail him out but thank goodness I had taken care of it so we both didnt pay u guys possibly saved us. Yay. How unprofessional and inappropriate again to post his name on the review answer. What is wrong with you people. Get some class. Also I dont use the words your daughter claimed I did I assure you. You guys are not worth the headache and grief you have caused our family. Your daughter makes jt seem as tho people are just money signs to you, and you had judged before we even had a chance. I had a room full of family members and you were on speaker lol when i was clarifying what would work for a pay stub as a business owner and Brittany jumped down my throat about having an attitude. My mouth dropped open it was a pretty insane to think i meant that anyother way then would it work lol. You never know what someone is going thru in their lives maybe u can slow down and try understanding that. If you think somene as u so rudely said I had a " Nasty Attitude " (like i am a child.) I really truly was trying to make sure I understood the document needed but we both know the truth of what happened and if britany wants to bold face lie and say I was calling her names that's fine. Im not mad Britney Id be ashamed of the truth of what I said to a paying customer as well. You acted irritated that I was calling and had questions. Anyone who comes to our shop CoSMIC VAPOR LOVES US AND HAVE ALL SHOWN US TONS OF LOVE thru a difficult time. LOL u think we care freee advertising thank you. Oh man this is Britney herself isn't it? so immature. Why did you lie about what happened Britney im sure it happens often u are so angry. Lol. So everyone knows it was u. You really went with I was mad because I didnt qualify. Really ? Not that u were rude and wouldn't do your job. You talk about us all you want. Get us some more customers! Im gonna go give my hubby a smooch !! Lol. Anyways. Karma will have her way with you because u shouldn't lie about things like this. Karma to a Karen is always a blessing. Take care now.

  Most unprofessional place I have ever heard of they like to Harass people that have nothing to do with the wanted person they can't catch let him go 4 times in front of them the owner is even more unprofessional yelling at people on the phone
