Ever since FirstBank was acquired by PNC, the service has become extremely disappointing. Everything seems to take much longer than it used to, and even simple banking matters have become unnecessarily complicated. The efficiency has gone downhill significantly. Getting things done is frustrating, time-consuming, and much slower than before.

It really makes a difference when you have a great new team member! I had a complicated situation that had been going on for months, and the Assistant Branch Manager Adin Tilden went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service!

PNC as an institution is absolute garbage. I was with First Bank for almost 30 years. Then they got bought by PNC. I tried to cancel my accounts multiple times before and after the merger. Some accounts were canceled and closed and some were not. It took 2 in-person visits, and 6 phone calls to get everything done. My mom had this same issue. Unfortunately, if you loved First Bank, it is dead and gone. So sad.
