PNC as an institution is absolute garbage. I was with First Bank for almost 30 years. Then they got bought. I tried to cancel my accounts multiple times before and after the merger. Some accounts were canceled and closed and some were not. Quite literally, they were handwriting account information on a piece of printer paper for all customers so they could cancel the accounts the next day. It took 2 in person visits, and 6 phone calls to get everything done. My mom had this same issue. Unfortunately, if you loved First Bank, it is dead and gone. So sad. As a side note, I've seen that they want people writing negative reviews here to contact them via Facebook, X, or elsewhere on social media. Is that how a professional banking institution handles customer service? DM them?! Wow . . .

Worst transition ever. After being given a special number so the limits placed on my stupid account ( changed from 1st bank) could be circumvented I was hung up on . 6000 in limbo no mobile deposit PNC blows

P and c bank refused to cash my check and I was able to deposit through the atm and I really needed it to pay my bills they take your money find another bank people I lost 300 that I needed badly to pay my bills with
