  If there was a zero star option I would do it. The money sort itself no issues, but there was some random number attached to my account from a totally different state that was suspicious and they only ever seem to have one worker in there. I have sat in then drive thru for 20 min waiting for help which is ridiculous. And then they build another one across the street. Don’t bother with them. They are so painfully slow and can’t seem to keep employees

  PNC as an institution is absolute garbage. I was with First Bank for almost 30 years. Then they got bought. I tried to cancel my accounts multiple times before and after the merger. Some accounts were canceled and closed and some were not. It took 2 in person visits, and 6 phone calls to get everything done. My mom had this same issue. Unfortunately, if you loved First Bank, it is dead and gone. So sad.

  PNC is garbage. I went to two different locations with ATMs and was not able to take money out. Customer service couldn't give an explanation as to why either. When I come back from my trip I am switching banks. Firstbank was way better than this garbage Edit- The amount I tried taking out was processed and removed from my account despite me not getting the cash from the ATM. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me it must not be in pending status and to call back today. I call back today to dispute, and she tells me it will take 10 days to reach a conclusion and up to 45 days to reach a final conclusion. This has been a mess and a horrible experience from my new bank. Your ATMs suck, your customer service isn't helpful, and now you've left my account with an amount that will be overdrafted from a bill coming out tomorrow. This bank is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with in my 37 years on this earth

  What a lovely bank. It's not actually like a bank at all - they are so friendly and helpful, it's the most wonderfully non-intimidating experience ever. I had some issues with the transfer of my accounts from First Bank to PNC and they could not have been nicer and more helpful.

  If could give zero I would, PNC is a terrible business, the customer service provided at this location from previously Firstbank employees is wonderful, however PNC apps do not work, they’re over the phone communication is terrible and my trips to the bank have gone from 10 minutes to over 40 every single time. I will be switching banks and recommend never banking here or leaving if you do what a joke. New debit cards were never sent leaving me without access to my account, when i went into the location to get a card I left and it didn’t work causing me yet another trip to this miserable corporate run crap shoot
