First, my login to online banking doesn't work, then after following the prompts, it says that it is not possible for me to obtain a new login for my bank account. So I call, and it's AI menu after AI menu. No humans available. So... I decided to visit this location, which I have visited for years when it was 1st Bank. No luck. I have tried to go to this bank location four times this week, and the line was 20-30 people deep each time. The fact that PNC botched this acquisition so badly makes me concerned that they are a financial institution, let alone my financial institution.
