  Well I was over at first bank and they did that whole messy switch to PNC and I looked into south state and as I was speaking with a lovely lady, Maria Tovar I believe her name was he was just amazing ! Made me feel super secure with putting my money into this bank and explained everything to me in just such a clear manner and I’m not the best at understanding things like banking and she just made it black and white !!:) Very excited to be banking with such an amazing place and employs such as Maria, I know my money is safe and secure and I’m not being fooled

  I enjoy coming to this location every time I visit. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walk through the door. The staff is incredibly kind, and everyone always has a smile on their face. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, the tellers quickly connect me with one of the bankers, and I hardly ever have to wait. They truly value their customers and make every visit a positive experience. This is my favorite bank, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding customer service. Thank you to the entire team for always making me feel welcomed, valued, and important!

  I’ve had a great experience with this branch. You’re always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The tellers are awesome, and always willing to help with anything you need. The bankers take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way. Everyone I’ve dealt with consistently goes above and beyond to provide a positive experience. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for friendly, reliable service.

The tellers are knowledgeable, professional, and always go above and beyond to assist customers with their needs.   I can’t say enough great things about SouthState Bank and the team at this branch. I visit almost every week, and every experience is consistently positive. Michelle at the front counter is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude that brightens my day every time I walk in. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. Ashley, one of the bankers, is equally outstanding. She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. No matter what questions or banking needs I have, Ashley always takes the time to provide clear answers and excellent service. Her positive attitude and expertise make every interaction easy and enjoyable. I also want to thank the other staff members at this branch for always being courteous, attentive, and helpful. Even when I’m not working directly with them, they consistently contribute to the warm and professional atmosphere that makes this branch stand out. Branch Manager Jamie deserves special recognition as well. She provides exceptional customer service and has clearly built a strong team culture. The branch is always clean, organized, and professionally run. Everyone on staff is attentive, courteous, and truly committed to helping customers.
