I spent almost an hour yesterday on the phone with a representative who refused to give me the information to my own account. Apparently there is absolutely no way for me to receive my account number other than having it physically mailed to me. I live on the road, and there's absolutely no way that they can email me this information? So, now I'm locked out of MY OWN ACCOUNT with no access to MY MONEY and all of my auto pays will not go through this month. So now I get to deal with my phone being shut off, my credit cards not being paid, and my car insurance lapsing. So, thanks so much. Been a super pleasure working with you so far!

0ver 7 hours on the phone and still locked out of my accounts. Have spoken with 5 or 6 different people. No one is able to solve this problem. SO HAPPY I WAS FORCED TO SWITCH TO PNC. This is what they want to call smooth transmission? Never had a problem with First Bank!!
