But, Theresa is an exception because her service was exceptional. On two occasions she calmly and patiently helped me deal with two IRS letters relative to amended returns. Her demeanor and expertise put me at ease as she explained in detail what had to be done. She then went about the tedious business of handling my situation, explaining every step she was taking.
