  As a business manager, I find these new banking procedures completely unacceptable. The lack of tellers and consistently spending 25+ minutes just to make a business deposit is an unreasonable use of our time. I understand that transitions can come with challenges, and I was willing to be patient. However, after more than a month of these ongoing issues, it’s clear that this is no longer a temporary adjustment but a decline in service. Time is valuable, and unfortunately, PNC has shown little regard for that. Because of this, our company will be moving our business to another bank that better values its customers’ time and provides the level of service we need. I hope PNC takes these concerns seriously, but unfortunately, we’ve reached the point where we can no longer justify banking here.

  We’re saying goodbye to PNC… Those $3 fees for moving my funds between *my own* accounts... Are you guys okay? Don't even get me started on the lines at the branch!! You aren't ready for this! You bought another bank, and now people have to deal with *this*?

  We were forced to switch from FirstBank to PNC. Every time we have gone to the bank since the switch, there has been at least a 40min wait. Recently, all the drive they lanes were closed which forced us to go inside and wait in a line of 3 people in front of us. We had to take our dog in because it was too hot outside to leave him in the car and there was no drive thru option. As we waited for 40min., the line behind us stacked up with 10 more people. The one teller at the counter was not helping any of the customers nor did he say anything about when to expect service. About 15 min in, a lady came up to start taking customers. There was also a large group of separate customers waiting to see the 3 service providers at the desks. Again, after 40 min., we finally made it to the counter. We were cashing checks. The lady stated we needed a debit card along with a photo ID to cash. This was not the practice when banking with firstBank. We told her we did not have a debit card and she said we would need one. We are not paying a fee for a debit card we don’t use in order to cash checks! She verified our account and cashed the checks but had computer issues which made the whole transaction take longer. She also was out of $20 in her drawer and it was going to take extra time to get them. We opted for $50’s in order to get out of there. I asked the woman if we should expect a 40min wait from now on because this experience was not just happening at this branch? She stated we were all in this together. But for us, we did not choose this for our bank, we were forced into it so, no, we are not all in this together. Every person in there was unhappy and some said they were going to change banks. One was being charged to open another account with the PNC bank whereas there was never a charge by FirstBank. A woman in line asked the service gentleman if he was going to help anyone? He said he was finishing up what he was doing and going to lunch. He didn’t care about the numerous customers in line and just walked off. We will be looking into a new bank.
