  I wanted to inform your bank that I have had the abaolute worst service ever with your banking institution. The member services employees especially at your longmont location has been a nightmare to deal with. I walked in and spoke to a Michelle who seemed extremely helpful while I was there, then as I informed the bank I was purchasing a home out of state was promised it would be a smooth transaction and process, it took me 6 phone calls to even get a hold of her then she told me she couldn't hold true to her word but I could call her if I needed anymore help. Instead I am now going to change banks with every dollar I have in these accounts because this has been a nightmare dealing with your employees and even trying to get my money out. I would never recommend your bank to anyone. We had to spend the night in a motel after driving 8 hours due to lack of their providing excellent service and customer service. Absolutely ridiculous bank. Dont bank here.

  Stopped in and Michelle was wonderfully helpful. One of the best experiences we have had with a bank, we are 1st bank transfers and she was so helpful

  I hate PNC bank - it sucks - l advise that you close all of your accounts and find a bank with better service - PNC just sucks - if you call for anything , expect an hour wait and no resolution to any problem - PNC sucks

  online banking accounts is terrible. They deserve to go bankrupt. They are as scummy as wells Fargo, they creat 5 different accounts when I got converted from Firstbank
