  I needed something notarized. Called the PNC customer service number to ensure they have a notary and was told they were available. When I arrived there were no customers in the branch but me and there were 4 employees. They all said they were unavailable and I’d have to sit and wait while they were chatting with each other. I will be leaving PNC bank and I’m sad Firstbank was acquired.

  They are refusing to give me my statements, when they are the only ones who can access them. It's been 25 emails and 3+ hours of calling so far. I will gladly improve rating when I can get those. They sent 1/3 of them via mail and are resisting sending the rest. I don't understand why they are resisting getting me the remaining 2/3s. Please just get my complete statements. Response to their contact methods below in their generic short comment to my post: not everyone has/uses facebook or x. Don't you have better contact methods? I already know you can't print statements in branch. Your phone line bounces me between departments. Creating an x account to message you i don't see how that would help.

  Aaron the teller was very kind today in resolving my concern, then waited patiently as I took a long time to complete a simple transaction. Thanks!! Keep up the good work.

  Standing in line for 15 minutes to make a small deposit. Every teller is on the phone. No other tellers. Line hasn't moved. Definitely gone downhill since the change my family and I are all planning on switching banks.
