After closing the accounts i called neha for statements for four months and she said she cant provide statements through email due to security reasons and she asked me to call customer service. When i called customer service they said they cant email them and they told me to visit branch. I called branch again and someone else attended my call and they provided my statements over email. I don’t understand that a manager can say no and their employee can provide me statements. I think neha purposely told me that she cant provide statements. If we close the account , they wont help us with our statements it seems.
