  I have to do on-line banking and this is the worst experience ever in 90 years. Every month odd amounts of money hsve been coming our of my account. Blame it on my other credit card company but card shows no such amounts. And other company never sent a bill for that amount so who do you believe? Sent an actual bill, in the mail, for charges on an unactivated card. Real impressive! And the beat goes on! Say "the BORING bank." BORING? The experience has been anything but BORING. Denver's experience certainly hasn't been boring. Everyone I know has pulled their money. Obviously pnc need a dictionary. Webster must be laughing his head off!

  I feel bad for all the great first bank employees who are caught up in this mess. The list of issues is too long to write but in short the fees are ridiculous and app/customer support is very sub par. I have moved on but certainly feel sold out by first banks owners and the new management at PNC. I'd been a loyal customer for almost 20 years.

  Went from Firstbank to the worst bank. Absolutely terrible experience. Take your money elsewhere.

  First of all I hate mergers. This merger with first bank to PNC bank sucks. I just have a savings account with the safety deposit box. With\nFirst bank , I only needed to keep a one hundred dollar minimum in my savings account to avoid fees Now I get this letter from p n c bank saying I have to have an average of three hundred dollars in the account to avoid a fee What the hell for? I'm already paying for the safety deposit box, and I know it doesn't cost any money for them to have one hundred dollars in my account. Nothing that is most irritating is I'm finding out about this.Probably after it's too late to avoid any fees. I don't do any other banking with p.N c right now and they have completely erased any possibility that I would do anymore banking with them in the future.
